PVC Soft Bait Fishing Lures in 8cm and 12cm Sizes with Twelve Colour Options

Designed for anglers seeking versatile artificial bait, these PVC soft lures offer practical solutions for various fishing scenarios. Available in two distinct sizes—8 centimetres weighing 4.5 grams and 12 centimetres weighing 15.5 grams—they accommodate different target species and fishing techniques. The twelve colour patterns allow you to match local water conditions, from clear mountain streams to murky coastal waters. Their simulation design creates natural movement that attracts predatory fish without the mess and maintenance of live bait.

Features and Construction

These fishing lures combine specific measurements with material properties suited for angling applications. The construction focuses on practical performance rather than decorative elements, with each specification serving a functional purpose in the water.

Material and Build

The lures are manufactured from PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), a plastic material known for its flexibility and durability in aquatic environments. This composition allows the bait to maintain its shape while providing enough suppleness to create lifelike movement through the water. Unlike rigid hard baits, the PVC construction enables the lure to wobble and sway with current changes, mimicking injured prey that attracts predatory fish. The material's density contributes to the specified weights of 4.5 grams for the 8cm version and 15.5 grams for the 12cm version.

Size and Practical Fit

The two available sizes address different fishing requirements. The 8cm/4.5g version suits lighter tackle setups and smaller target species, offering easier casting in windy conditions. The 12cm/15.5g version provides greater visibility in murky water and appeals to larger predatory fish. Both lengths fall within common ranges for freshwater and saltwater applications, making them suitable for bass, pike, perch, and various saltwater species. The weight specifications help anglers select appropriate rod power and line strength for optimal performance.

Uses and Placement

These simulation soft baits serve multiple angling contexts, from casual bank fishing to more structured boat sessions. Their design accommodates various retrieval techniques and water conditions without requiring specialized equipment or advanced skills.

Event or Professional Use

For tournament anglers or competitive fishing scenarios, the twelve colour options provide strategic advantages. You can quickly switch between patterns based on changing light conditions, water clarity, or fish activity levels observed during competition. The two weight options allow adjustments for casting distance requirements in different tournament venues. The consistent sizing ensures predictable action in the water, which competitive anglers value for repeatable results under pressure conditions.

Everyday Home Use

For recreational anglers, these lures offer straightforward functionality without complicated rigging requirements. The PVC material withstands multiple catches without significant damage, making them cost-effective for regular use. The colour variety means one purchase can cover different seasons and locations, reducing the need for multiple specialised lures. Both sizes work with standard spinning or baitcasting gear commonly found in home tackle collections, requiring no additional investment in specialised rods or reels.

Benefits and Buying Value

Beyond the initial purchase, these fishing lures provide practical advantages through material properties and design considerations. Their value emerges from adaptability rather than single-purpose specialization.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

Unlike natural bait that requires refrigeration and frequent replacement, these PVC lures maintain their effectiveness across multiple fishing trips. They resist deterioration from sunlight exposure better than some rubber compounds, and their colour patterns remain visible through extended use. After fishing, they require only a freshwater rinse and thorough drying before storage. This reduces ongoing costs compared to constantly purchasing live bait or disposable soft plastics that tear easily.

Why Choose This Product

This product addresses the angler's need for adaptable artificial bait without excessive specialization. The dual size option within one product line allows you to experiment with different presentations without committing to separate purchases. The twelve colour variations cover most water conditions you'll encounter, from bright sunny days to overcast periods and various water clarities. The PVC construction balances durability with natural movement, avoiding both brittle materials that break easily and overly soft compounds that tear on first use.
